£20,872 - £23,143 Fixed Term (until June 2022)
Pullar House, Perth/Homeworking 
An exciting and diverse role to provide a comprehensive support service to Heads of Service, Service Managers and Senior Officers.
We are looking for a customer focussed, organised and hardworking person to join our small secretarial and Admin Team.  Good communication skills are key to this role.  It would be beneficial to have experience of dealing with difficult conversations and dealing sensitively with situations. This will include minute taking for various meetings, including management meetings, case conferences and Adult Protection issues.  The content of these meetings can be sensitive and confidential. Extensive diary management and inbox management for senior managers. Providing general administrative support to senior managers for the functions they carry out. The position is based within a small team who need to work together to meet the Team’s goals and objectives. A qualification is not essential however a good standard of education is required and being able to demonstrate learning capabilities is desirable. Experience in taking Minutes for meetings, Case Conferences or similar is essential. You should be able to evidence that you have skills in relation to diary and inbox management and be able to demonstrate that you have organisational skills. Experience of providing support to senior managers would be beneficial in this role. An ability to prioritise workloads and manage conflicting tasks is essential.
